Ian Witz has provided a professional service on a pro bono basis to Cape Mental Health, an award-winning and best practice non-profit organisation, since 2013. His striking designs for the marketing materials of our 19th, 20th and 21st Cape Town International Kite Festivals have covered a range of materials (Facebook cover picture, email footer/banner, website home page, printed media advertisements, festival posters and flyers, placement of sponsors’ logos, and PowerPoint templates).

Ian’s beautiful and uplifting designs have had the desired impact of helping us to raise the profile of our annual premier awareness-raising and fundraising event, and to capture the attention of a diverse audience. We love his work and value his support of our mental health care services to poorly resourced communities and to people with mental disability.

I approached Ian Witz to remodel my business website having seen the work he had done for a former colleague.  He was immediately available to meet with me and discuss my needs, and promptly instilled in me a sense of confidence in his abilities.

Once he started the process of building the site (using copy provided by me to him) I was impressed with how well he understood the essence of my business, and how well he captured this in various sections of the website.

Firstly, you listen carefully to the brief and ask pertinent questions in order to fully understand what we are after.

Secondly, your turn around time is phenomenal – I don’t think we have waited more than 24hrs for a design.

Thirdly, you manage to produce designs that are exactly to spec and also variations that blow us away with your “out of the box” thinking.

Lastly, when there are changes to be made, it’s done with no fuss at all and again in the shortest turn-around time.

Ian, I can honestly say that I love the designs you produce and working with you is exciting (always waiting to see what you will come up with!) and a pleasure.
